ALCOHOL REGULATIONS
Fargo Baseball, LLC strictly enforces the following alcohol serving policy: Everyone must be at least 21 years of age and present positive state-issued photo ID to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. Service will cease at the end of the 8th inning. Fargo Sports Concessions reserves the right to suspend service at any time at the sole discretion of the management and also reserves the right to suspend service to any one individual at any time for any reason. 
 
AUTOGRAPHS
Autographs will be signed after every Wednesday game on the field in front of the 3B Red Reserved seats.
 
CONCESSIONS
The concession operations at Newman Outdoor Field are run by Fargo Baseball, LLC. There are also a number of independent food stands operated by local vendors. There is a wide variety of food and beverage options at the stadium, located all across the concourse and into the beer garden. Newman Outdoor Field also has areas for pre-game group picnic outings.
 
There many kiosk food stands at Newman Outdoor Field. They include: Mini-Donuts, Ice Cream, Lemon Shake Ups Cotton Candy and Sno Kones, Dip N Dots, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Pizza Hut Pizza, Kettle Corn, Caps Premium Beers, Taco Shop, Fry Stand  and Hi Ho Burgers (beer garden). The Hub caters the suite level. 
 
DIAPER CHANGING STATIONS
There are diaper changing stations located in the main rest rooms on the concourse level, as well as in the rest rooms on the suite level.
 
FAMILY ATMOSPHERE
The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks insist on maintaining a family atmosphere at Newman Outdoor Field. We would like your visit to be safe and enjoyable. Please observe the following rules and behavior while attending an F-M RedHawks game: Anyone entering the field of play without permission will be subject to arrest, and be asked to leave the game. Throwing objects in the stands or onto the playing field is strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave the stadium. Patrons who use foul or abusive language, appear to be intoxicated, or otherwise jeopardize the family atmosphere in the stadium will be asked to leave and will forfeit the price of their ticket. Fans are not allowed on the dugout tops at any time.

Monday - Friday: 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 1:00 p.m.
Gates open one hour prior to all game times. Game times are subject to change.  Some exceptions apply.
 
GATE POLICY
Northern League rules strictly prohibit food or beverages, bottles, cans, or containers of any kind brought into Newman Outdoor Field.  Season Ticket Holders and online ticket purchasers may enter through their exclusive entrance, VIP gate, (located on the south side of the stadium on 15th Avenue).
 
GROUP RATES, PICNICS & BIRTHDAY PARTIES
The RedHawks offer special group rates starting for parties of 15 or more for all home games. Picnic packages are also available for the 2009 season for parties of 25 or more. DQ Birthday Parties are available for a minimum of 10 people and include tickets, DQ Birthday Cake, RedHawks hats, souvenir program, and scoreboard recognition. For more information on all these packages, please call the RedHawks office at (701) 235-6161 or (800) 303-6161.
 
GUEST RELATIONS BOOTH
Located just inside of the main gate, The Select Inn Guest Relations Booth is staffed from the time the gates open until the end of each RedHawks home game. You can visit the Guest Relations to pick up RedHawks schedules, claim Lucky
Autograph Prizes, report a problem or emergency to RedHawks officials, or to ask any questions that you may have. This is also where contestants report when they are selected for on-field contests. We’ll be glad to help!
 
HANDICAPPED SEATING/ACCESS
Handicapped and wheelchair seating are available in four different areas (these include space for a wheel chair and attendant). The areas are directly behind sections A, E, K, and L on the concourse level. Prices are the same as reserved seating. The drop-off area for the handicapped is located in front of the main gate.
 
LOST & FOUND
Please report any found items to a RedHawks usher, or bring them to The Box Guest Relations Booth located on the concourse level next to the main gate. This is also the place to go to pick up lost items.
 
PARKING
North Dakota State University parking lots “R” and “HR” are available for use. Parking is $2.00 per car. NDSU is in charge of the parking lots. Parking is at your own risk! The RedHawks, Newman Outdoor Field, North Dakota State University, and the Northern league are not liable to any damage incurred due to foul balls or home runs that may travel into the parking areas.
 
PLAYGROUND
The State Bank & Trust Playground is located along the right-field line next to the visitor’s bullpen. It is covered by a protective net, so kids can play without worrying about foul balls. Parents are responsible for their own children. There is no fee to use the playground, and all kids are welcome.
 
REFUND/RAIN POLICY
There will be NO CASH REFUNDS once tickets are purchased. Exchanges are available only in the event of a rain out. Rain checks will be honored by exchanging them for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any future RedHawks regular season home games, subject to availability.
 
A complete game consists of 4 1/2 innings if the RedHawks are ahead, and 5 innings if the RedHawks are trailing or the score is tied. In the event inclement weather forces cancellation of any game prior to that point, the RedHawks rain check policy takes effect. There will be no cash refunds of any tickets.
 
REDHAWKS OFFICE/TICKET WINDOWS
The RedHawks General Offices are located on the ground floor of the stadium. The Advance Ticket Office is attached to the General Offices.

REDHAWKS TICKET POLICY
  • There are three seating options for fans: Reserved Seats, 3B Red Reserved and General Admission. 
  • All seats are $1.00 or $1.50 more day of game. 
  • In the event all seats are sold out, a limited number of Standing Room Only tickets will be sold. 
  • Every person who wants a seat needs a ticket. 
  • A child who will sit on someone’s lap does not need a ticket. However, if a child is at least 3 years old, that child needs a ticket regardless. 
  • Advance tickets will be available at the Advance Ticket Office on the ground floor of the stadium.
  • The RedHawks accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card or Discover. 
  • Ticket reservations may be made in advance over the phone with a Visa, Master Card or Discover with a $1.00 handling charge per ticket and may be picked up at the Newman Outdoor Field will call window upon arrival at the game. Call toll-free (800) 303-6161 from out-of-town or 235-6161 local for ticket reservations during the same hours the ticket office  is open. 
  • You can go to our website and print your tickets at home ($1.50 handling charge).
  • Both individual game tickets and any ticket package which is lost, stolen or destroyed cannot be replaced. 
  • Once tickets are purchased, and receipt of tickets is acknowledged by the purchaser, all sales are final. 
  • Once tickets are received by a party, it is the sole responsibility of that party to ensure the security of their tickets. 
  • All ticket orders are final regardless of if they are ordered over the phone, purchased at the window, or over the internet.
 
REGISTRATION BOOTH
Be sure to check in at the RedHawks Registration Booth to register for in-game promotions and other prizes. The booth is open for every home game and is located just inside the main gate.
 
RESTROOMS
There are two public restrooms on each side of the concourse level. Next to these, there are also individual rest rooms. There are also individual rest rooms across from the general offices on the ground level as well as on the suite level.
 
SAFETY
Batted and thrown baseballs are extremely dangerous!!! Please keep alert at all times as the RedHawks, Newman Outdoor Field, or the Northern League are not liable for any accidents that occur incidental to the game of baseball.
 
SCOREBOARD RECOGNITION
The RedHawks scoreboard in left field is available to
recognize birthdays, anniversaries, groups, or other special occasions. However, requests must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the game for the message to appear. For a $5.00 donation to the Northern League Charity day of game requests will be honored over the Public Address System. Requests can be made at Guest Relations.
 
SECURITY
Uniformed security personnel are provided by A.S.P. Security and are stationed throughout Newman Outdoor Field from the time the gates open until the stadium has been cleared after the conclusion of the game. They are available for your assistance if needed.
 
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of Newman Outdoor Field except the Budweiser Beer Garden.  Smoking is also allowed outside the stadium exits (at the bottom of stairs)

TAILGATING
North Dakota State University is in charge of the parking lots. Please contact NDSU at 231-NDSU (231-6378) for the policy on tailgating.
 
 
TEAM STORE
A complete line of official RedHawks merchandise is available at the Hawks Nest Gift Shop inside the main gate of the stadium. Souvenirs may be purchased with Master Card, Visa, cash or check. All mail orders will be subject to a handling charge.

There is a pay telephone on the concourse level.  Telephones in the RedHawks office may only be used in case of an emergency.
