Movie tributes, Fourth of July fireworks and a guy who juggles chain saws! These are some of the highlights in the 2018 RedHawks promotional schedule. Single game tickets go on sale on Monday, April 2 at 10:00 AM. Fans can also pick up their season tickets that day and start redeeming flex pack vouchers.

The RedHawks Home Opener is Friday, May 25 vs. Lincoln at 7:02 PM, where all fans in attendance receive a RedHawks Magnetic Schedule thanks to Shooting Star Casino. It wouldn’t be opening night without some post-game fireworks! Kids can also enjoy inflatable games in the playground area courtesy of Games Galore. The opening homestand also features: RedHawks Poster giveaway thanks to Forum Communications Printing and Youth Baseball/Softball Night (May 26), Service Industry Day (May 27), El Zagal Shriners Night (May 28), “Big Lebowski” Movie Tribute Night (May 29) and Star Wars Night (May 30).

This season will include seven Fireworks Nights, including the Home Opener. Those fireworks nights in 2018 include: Friday, May 25; Friday, June 22; Wednesday, July 4; Friday, July 6; Friday, July 20; Friday, August 3; and Saturday, September 1.

Afternoon Business Day Games have always been a fan favorite. The 12:30 PM games this year are: June 28 (sponsored by NetWork Center, Inc.), July 19 (sponsored by Budweiser) and August 2. Following each Business Day Game, there will be a free concert in the Budweiser Beer Garden featuring "Off-Duty".

The RedHawks have planned numerous giveaways, entertainment acts and other themed nights throughout the season. Here are some highlights:

• Mad Chad (June 7) – An extreme juggler and comedian, Mad Chad is a chain saw juggling, finger lighting, and anvil catching wild man. Its extreme entertainment tailored for all audiences!
• Pop Socket Giveaway (June 9) – First 1,000 fans, sponsored by Dippin’ Dots and Taco Shop.
• Cap Giveaway (June 10) – First 2,500 fans, sponsored by Sanford Orthopedics & Sports Medicine.
• “Bull Durham” Tribute Night (June 15) – Celebrate the 30^th Anniversary of this baseball classic.
• Military Appreciation Night (June 27) – Sponsored by The Chamber Fargo Moorhead West Fargo.
• Throwback Jersey Giveaway (July 7) – First 1,000 fans, sponsored by Coca-Cola.
• Breast Cancer Awareness Night (July 17) – Sponsored by Edith Sanford Breast Center.
• T-Shirt Giveaway (July 21) – First 1,000 fans, sponsored by Algorithme.
• Pediatric Cancer Awareness Night (July 30) – Sponsored by Gold Glove Charities.
•  XPOGO (July 31) – The world’s best extreme pogo team comes to Newman Outdoor Field.
• Ugly Sweater Beanie Giveaway (Aug 4) – First 1,000 fans, sponsored by Otter Tail Power Company.
• Blaze Orange Cap Giveaway (Aug 5) – First 1,000 fans, sponsored by the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
• Children’s Day and Hawkeye’s Birthday (Aug 6) – sponsored by Sanford Children’s.
• Super Hero Night (Aug 20) – Law enforcement, fire fighters and first responders receive $5 tickets.
• The Amazing Tyler (Aug 21) – A unique performer who balances wheelbarrows, ladders and much more, all on his face while dancing and engaging the crowd.
•  Fan Appreciation Night (Sept 1) – Giveaways all game long and post-game fireworks!

SUNDAYS

• Kids Run the Bases: All kids 12 and under welcome to run the bases after the game thanks to Erbert and Gerbert’s.

FRIDAYS

• Fireworks Friday: Post-game Fireworks on five Friday Night home game!

SATURDAYS

• “Launch-A-Ball”: Purchase balls at the game and throw them on the field post game for a chance to win prizes.

RedHawks tickets continue to be a great value. Tickets begin at $5 for a general admission seat, $7 for red reserved and $9 for RSVD. Firework games and tickets purchased on the day of the game are an additional $2. Children 2 and under are not required a ticket. Group ticket and party deck packages are also available and great ways to treat your customers, employees or family and friends! Call the RedHawks box office to purchase or for more info.

Beginning April 2, RedHawks box office hours for non-game days will be 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday and 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays. On game days, box office hours are 10:00 AM to the end of the 7^th inning of the game.

This will be the 23^rd season of RedHawks baseball and 8^th year in the American Association of Independent Baseball.
