Ticket Order Fees
– Phone orders are subject to a $2.00 per ticket convenience fee
– Any orders that are mailed are subject to a $5.00 shipping and handling fee
– Online ticket orders are subject to a $2.00 per ticket convenience fee
Additional Ticket Policies
– Kids 2 and under do not need a ticket to get into the ballpark, as long as they sit on a parent of guardians lap
– Strollers are not allowed on the concourse. If you have a stroller you may check it at the Guest Relations located next to the Team Store
– Empty, refillable water bottles are allowed inside Newman Outdoor Field
– Fans with dietary restrictions can bring in food items that are not available inside the stadium, with pre-approval from RedHawks staff
– No pets are allowed inside the ballpark. Certified service animals are allowed
– All ticket orders and voucher exchanges are considered final at the time of purchase or exchange
