COMMUNITY APPEARANCES
Hawkeye, players, coaches and front office staff are available for special appearances during the regular season (May to August) with Hawkeye and front office staff available year round.
All appearances are based on the schedule and availability of the coach and player.
To inquire about a community appearance, please fill out the appearance request form below. Appearances are granted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Requests must be submitted two weeks prior to the event. Most appearances are not confirmed until one week prior to the event. All requests will be contacted directly by a RedHawks staff member regarding the request.
Appearances are subject to fees. A private place for mascots to change and basic water/refreshments will be required for any community appearance. If autographs are requested, please provide a table for players/mascots to sit at
Any publicity of a Hawkeye appearance must be approved by the RedHawks prior to printing.
You will be contacted regarding your request. Appearances are generally not confirmed more then 2 weeks in advance.
Completion of the appearance request form does not guarantee an appearance.
Appearance Fee
Appearances range from $20-$50 per hour.
Based on the nature of each request, a fee will be determined. Out of town appearances require an additional $0.30/Mile fee.
Fees must be paid at time of appearance.
Checks payable to Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks.
Media Requests
For all media requests regarding the F-M RedHawks (interviews, photo, audio, and video), please call 701-235-6161 or email media@fmredhawks.com. Media requests are granted on a first-come, first-served basis and must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
