RedHawks Season Ticket Exchange Details:

Season ticket holders have the ability to exchange unused season tickets to ensure that tickets never go unused during the 2025 season. Details of the exchange program are as follow:

  • If a season ticket holder has an unused ticket(s) for a game that has already been played, that ticket(s) becomes a voucher for a 1st Base Bleachers ticket(s) to another regular season game or can be upgraded for an additional fee.

  • If a season ticket holder knows they won’t be using their ticket(s) for a future game, that ticket(s) can be exchanged for another reserved ticket(s) to a regular season game.

  • All exchanges must be done in person at the RedHawks box office or over the phone.

  • Once a ticket has been exchanged no changes, ticket transfers, or refunds are allowed.

  • Ticket exchanges are valid only during the current regular season.
