
STADIUM RULES
All fans must abide by the following rules while visiting Newman Outdoor Field for any RedHawks game or event:
No outside food or beverage is allowed inside the stadium
All weapons are prohibited
All bags must meet criteria of our Clear Bag Policy below
Be alert for bats, balls and flying objects entering the stands from the playing field
The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks, participating clubs and their players, agents and the American Association are not liable for any injuries resulting from a foul ball, bat or any other object entering the stands
You must be able to show a valid ID if you are purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages. Failure to do so will result in ejection from the stadium and possible criminal charges
No alcoholic beverages may leave the stadium
Strollers are not allowed on the concourse (strollers may be checked in at the Guest Relations Booth)
Infant car seats are allowed inside the stadium, but require purchase of a ticket for stadium bowl seating
The use of profanity may result in the user’s removal from the stadium
There will be no re-entry into the stadium without purchase of another ticket
Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes or vaporizers, is only permitted in the designated area of the beer garden
No signs or noisemakers of any kind are allowed into the stadium without prior approval from RedHawks management
The RedHawks reserve the right to refuse service and/or entrance to anyone
By entering the stadium, you agree that your image/likeness may be used for any promotional material created by the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks

Clear Bag Policy
The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks have implemented a clear bag policy that limits the type and size of bags allowed inside Newman Outdoor Field. All bags are subject to search by security staff members. If a bag does not conform to the clear bag policy, the bag must be returned to the owner’s vehicle.
Bags allowed inside Newman Outdoor Field include:
Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC
One-gallon clear, resealable bags
Small clutch style purses approximately 5” x 7”, with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options
An exception will be made for medically necessary items and diaper bags after proper inspection
Types of bags not allowed inside the stadium include but are not limited to:
All purses, bags or containers larger than a clutch bag
Backpacks
Briefcases
Camera bags (except for media with current credentials)
Computer bags
Coolers
Hip packs
Luggage or cinch bags
The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks staff reserve the right to limit or permit entrance at their discretion.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following Items are prohibited inside Newman Outdoor Field:
Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons and firearms
Bags that violate the Clear Bag Policy
Fireworks of any kind
Illegal drugs or harmful chemicals
Professional camera equipment, including, but not limited to, tripods, battery packs, large commercial video cameras, etc.
Laser pens/pointers
Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems (drones)
Animals (excluding certified service animals)
Any other items deemed to be inappropriate and/or dangerous by security or staff
Outside food and beverage (empty, refillable water bottles are allowed)
Strollers*, rollerblades, skates, skateboards, hover boards, scooters, bicycles
Glass containers
*Strollers may be checked in at the Guest Relations Booth located just inside the main gate on the concourse
FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks are committed to creating a safe, enjoyable and family-oriented game-day experience for all fans visiting Newman Outdoor Field. Every fan entering the stadium should act responsibly and be considerate of others.
The following conduct is prohibited in the stadium:
Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent in nature, including verbal or physical harassment of game officials, players, staff or fans
Conduct that is illegal
Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior
Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field)
Displaying signs, symbols or images for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue or government action
Failing to follow instructions of security, fan service representatives or other staff regarding stadium operations, policies and emergency response procedures
Any conduct deemed inappropriate or dangerous to fans, participants or team members
Any conduct that interferes with other fans’ enjoyment of the game
Conduct which results in damages to the stadium or other personal property
Smoking in non-designated areas
Violators of this fan code of conduct may be ejected from the stadium and/or arrested.
Season ticket holders may have account privileges revoked without reimbursement at the discretion of the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks.
Fans are encouraged to report fan misconduct to the nearest Fan Service Representative. We appreciate your help in our efforts to provide an enjoyable experience for everyone.
