Ben was a two-year letterwinner at Minnetonka (MN) High School and a 2016 Perfect Game Underclass All-American

Hit .345 with a .464 on-base percentage and a .618 slugging percentage…In the 2016 Minnesota Playoffs, went 7-for-8 with a home run and three runs scored.

2018 (St. Louis University): 

Played in 23 games, earning five starts…Hit .257 with four RBIs and a .400 slugging percentage…Out of nine hits, four of them were extra base hits.

2019 (St. Louis University): 

Played in 40 games, earning the start in 34 of them…Hit .226 with 31 RBIs and tied the team lead with seven home runs…Led the team with 38 walks.

2020 (MSU-Mankato):

Appeared in 12 games including eight starts while hitting .296 with two doubles, a triple, two home runs and six RBI.

2021 (MSU-Mankato):

Appeared in 41 games (41 starts)…Hit .227 with seven home runs (t-2nd on team) and 33 runs batted in (fourth on team)..Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award recipient… Spring All-Academic Team selection.

2022 (MSU-Mankato): 

Played in 42 games and made 39 starts behind the dish for MSU as a senior…Batted .269 with a .580 slugging percentage and .429 on-base percentage…Recorded a pair of game-winning extra-base hits in the NSIC Tournament semifinal and championship games vs. Augustana (May 14-15)…Named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team Team of Excellence.
